Whilst our London office offers our consultants the ability to meet clients and candidates in a professional but relaxed environment, the majority of our recruitment efforts take place at our modern office suite in Loughton. This Greater London location was chosen to suit our primary value – success through long term relationships. We believe that for a consultancy to be successful it must build long term relationships with both clients and candidates, and that this can only be achieved if we have continuity of service within our own team. To this end we offer a career that in many ways mirrors that of a Central London firm, including city salaries, but without the need to commute on a daily basis.
