After graduating with a degree in Economics and gaining experience in Real Estate, Katerina joined the Austin Rose Team in early 2017. Recruiting into Audit, Business Services, and Outsourcing, she has quickly developed excellent knowledge of the market and possesses a natural instinct when it comes to working out the best role for each candidate and the best candidate for each role.
Outside of work, Katerina enjoys deciding which cuisine she is going to test out next.
Gem joined us in 2021 with a wealth of experience in upper mid-tier and Big 4 recruitment across Audit, Accounts, Tax and Internal Audit. Focussed on expanding our presence in the regional market, Gem is known for her ability to build long term relationships with both clients and candidates – really listening to what both parties want and helping them achieve it.
Based in Gloucestershire, Gem’s spare time is spent with her two young children and a menagerie of animals – competing when she can in Eventing and Flyball.
Danny Joined in December 2025, after previously working in the Accountancy Practice Market for 7 years, covering all service lines, from Audit, Accounts, Tax & Outsourcing. Focused on growing out our regional division for all company sizes, from small boutique, owner managed business, all the way up to the top 100, Danny has a track record of building and nurturing long term relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to both his clients and candidates that he represents.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, playing squash, and occasionally snowboarding.
Having worked as a Senior Manager in commerce and industry recruitment in both Central London and the Home Counties, Karen joined Austin Rose in order to head up the tax team. In addition to successfully managing our tax offering, Karen also uses her vast experience to manage our commerce and industry assignments, many of which are recommended to us by our clients.
Karen enjoys travelling, and spending time with her family.
Kris joined in 2022, with over 20 years in the banking sector across retail and commercial as a part of the Senior team. His later engagements were on large scale remediation projects and s166 reviews with a more advisory approach to the banking sector. With a blend of FCA and Banking knowledge he has joined to head up our Corporate Finance and FS Advisory recruitment.
Outside of work, he enjoys socialising and when he manages to get back to the countryside he enjoys horse riding.
Joe joined Austin Rose towards the latter part of 2021 and currently heads up our Research Department specialising in sourcing high quality candidates for a wide variety of opportunities across the UK, with a particular focus around Audit and Accounts.
In his spare time Joe enjoys pastimes including football, fishing, and going to the gym.
Since beginning his recruitment career in 2011 as a Trainee Consultant, Ryan has progressed through Senior, Lead and Principal Consultant roles, alongside Key Account Management and Business Development positions.
With over 15 years’ experience, he now specialises in UK accountancy recruitment, supporting accountancy practices across audit, tax and wider accounting functions. He has partnered with established firms, growing businesses and start-ups, delivering everything from key strategic hires to multi-placement projects.
Ryan works closely with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their technical requirements, culture and long-term objectives, ensuring each placement adds genuine, lasting value. He is approachable, direct and efficient, providing a clear, structured and practical hiring process that enables clients to focus on running their business while he delivers a streamlined, cost-effective recruitment solution.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, spending quality time with friends, and continually setting and achieving personal and professional goals.
Having graduated in History from the University of Sheffield in the summer of 2019, Rose immediately joined the Austin Rose team, kick-starting her recruitment career. Recruiting into Audit, Business Services and Outsourcing across London and the Home Counties, Rose provides a personable and friendly approach.

Jack joined Austin Rose in September 2023 having come from a background in Tech Recruitment, and now recruits into Audit, Business Services and Outsourcing, whilst also becoming acclimatized to the Accounting industry.
Outside of work, he enjoys both playing and watching sports, and is a huge West Ham fan.
Since beginning his recruitment career in 2023, George has specialised in the Accountancy Practice market, covering all service lines including Audit, Accounts, Tax, and Outsourcing. He joined the business in February 2026 and is focused on growing our presence Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire and Dorset, supporting firms of all sizes — from small boutique and owner-managed practices through to Top 100 firms.
George takes pride in building genuine relationships, investing time to understand what truly matters to both clients and candidates, and ensuring every career move is the right long-term fit. He has a strong track record of developing and nurturing long-term partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor to the professionals and firms he represents.

Elio joined in 2025, bringing over three years of experience in the Practice sector, where he worked across a broad range of roles. He has come on board at Austin Rose to support the growth of Advisory services in the regions.
Outside of work, Elio enjoys playing table tennis and passionately following — and occasionally complaining about — his beloved Chelsea FC.
With a background in Insurance and Real Estate, Harrison has joined the Austin Rose team as a Recruitment Consultant, recruiting into Audit, Business Services and Outsourcing.
Outside of work Harrison likes spending his time travelling to a new destination and returning to much loved places, particularly Sweden. Harrison also enjoys socialising with friends and family.
Rob joined us in 2022 as a Research Consultant after previously working within practice recruitment in the upper mid-tier and Big 4 market. Currently, Rob is responsible for sourcing high quality candidates for a vast range of clients within the tax sector.
Outside of work, Rob collects vinyl records, regularly attends live music events and is an avid supporter of Swansea City AFC.
After Studying Sociology, Business Studies and Art at A-Level, Daisy worked in hospitality before joining the Austin Rose team in 2022 as a Candidate Attractions Consultant. Daisy is a central member of the team helping each consultant provide both clients and candidates with the highest quality service. She does this by assisting with adverts, continually updating the team with the newest market information and prides herself with her attention to detail and people skills.
In her spare time, Daisy enjoys lots of socialising with friends and family, getting outdoors and playing the piano.
A candidate consultant at Austin Rose, Jenga graduated from Liverpool Hope University with a degree in Accounting and Finance. Since joining the team in November 2024, he has leveraged a solid financial background to connect candidates with ideal career opportunities.
In addition to a professional focus, Jenga enjoys playing Badminton and spending time with friends, valuing both active and social pursuits outside of work.
Pete joined us as a Research Consultant at the beginning of 2025, having previously worked in hospitality. Currently, Pete sources high quality candidates for a wide range of clients within the audit and accounts sector.
Outside of work, Pete likes football, going to the gym and collecting lego.
Upon completing my A levels in Sport, Business, and Sport Science at college. I joined the Austin Rose team in July 2025. I am responsible for sourcing high-quality candidates for a wide range of clients with audit, Accounts, and tax.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing football on Saturdays and supporting Leeds and socialising with friends and family.
After working in Hospitality as a Chef, Amelia joined the team in July 2025 as a Research Consultant sourcing high quality candidates for top clients across Audit, Accounts and Tax.

Upon completing A-Levels in Politics, History and English Literature, Abi joined the Austin Rose team as a Trainee Office Administrator. Abi is responsible for ensuring the organisation of the database.

Starting out as a Researcher at Austin Rose, Kat rapidly moved into a Consultant position within accounts, audit and outsourcing. As the company grows and changes, Kat now works with the director to design and implement projects and processes within marketing and operations.
With a love for country music, swing dancing, baking and her volunteer work, Kat's time away from Austin Rose is always very busy!
As the Office Manager, Noelle takes responsibility for the day-to-day running of our operations. Overseeing elements such as quality procedures, accounting, and data integrity, Noelle keeps the team in check and makes sure the business runs smoothly.
At home, Noelle is often found devoting her time to DIY projects and is currently renovating an old fireplace.

Following a move to the area and having worked in Recruitment for many years across various sectors, Lesley joined as our Candidate Consultant in 2020. Lesley’s role includes building and managing relationships with candidates to guide them through the recruiting process, thereby enhancing and improving the overall candidate experience and, in turn, bolstering the Austin Rose brand.
