After graduating with a degree in Economics and gaining experience in Real Estate, Katerina joined the Austin Rose Team in early 2017. Recruiting into Audit, Business Services, and Outsourcing, she has quickly developed excellent knowledge of the market and possesses a natural instinct when it comes to working out the best role for each candidate and the best candidate for each role.
Outside of work, Katerina enjoys deciding which cuisine she is going to test out next.
Gem joined us in 2021 with a wealth of experience in upper mid-tier and Big 4 recruitment across Audit, Accounts, Tax and Internal Audit. Focussed on expanding our presence in the regional market, Gem is known for her ability to build long term relationships with both clients and candidates – really listening to what both parties want and helping them achieve it.
Based in Gloucestershire, Gem’s spare time is spent with her two young children and a menagerie of animals – competing when she can in Eventing and Flyball.
Having worked as a Senior Manager in commerce and industry recruitment in both Central London and the Home Counties, Karen joined Austin Rose in order to head up the tax team. In addition to successfully managing our tax offering, Karen also uses her vast experience to manage our commerce and industry assignments, many of which are recommended to us by our clients.
Karen enjoys travelling, and spending time with her family.
Kris joined in 2022, with over 20 years in the banking sector across retail and commercial as a part of the Senior team. His later engagements were on large scale remediation projects and s166 reviews with a more advisory approach to the banking sector. With a blend of FCA and Banking knowledge he has joined to head up our Corporate Finance and FS Advisory recruitment.
Outside of work, he enjoys socialising and when he manages to get back to the countryside he enjoys horse riding.
Joe joined Austin Rose towards the latter part of 2021 and currently heads up our Research Department specialising in sourcing high quality candidates for a wide variety of opportunities across the UK, with a particular focus around Audit and Accounts.
In his spare time Joe enjoys pastimes including football, fishing, and going to the gym.
Having graduated in History from the University of Sheffield in the summer of 2019, Rose immediately joined the Austin Rose team, kick-starting her recruitment career. Recruiting into Audit, Business Services and Outsourcing across London and the Home Counties, Rose provides a personable and friendly approach.
Outside of work Rose enjoys discovering new music and visiting museums.
Having a background in the Real Estate industry as a Senior Sales Negotiator, Jessica has been able to transfer negotiation & time management skills over to the recruitment industry. After joining the Austin Rose team hitting the ground running with her recruitment career, she is now specialising in smaller boutique practice firms, helping both candidates & clients find the right fit.
Outside of work Jessica enjoys travelling, trying out local food markets & the occasional trip to the gym.
University of Chichester graduate Joe joined Austin Rose towards the latter part of 2022 and currently is part of our recruitment team. Joe specialises in recruiting for Audit, Business Services and Outsourcing across London.
In Joe’s spare time he loves going out with his friends and playing sports. He is a qualified tennis coach and a massive Chelsea FC fan.
Jack joined Austin Rose in September 2023 having come from a background in Tech Recruitment, and now recruits into Audit, Business Services and Outsourcing, whilst also becoming acclimatized to the Accounting industry.
Outside of work, he enjoys both playing and watching sports, and is a huge West Ham fan.
Rob joined us in 2022 as a Research Consultant after previously working within practice recruitment in the upper mid-tier and Big 4 market. Currently, Rob is responsible for sourcing high quality candidates for a vast range of clients within the tax sector.
Outside of work, Rob collects vinyl records, regularly attends live music events and is an avid supporter of Swansea City AFC.
Upon completing A-levels in History, English Literature and Sociology at sixth form, Amy joined the Austin Rose team as a Candidate Attraction Consultant. After working in hospitality throughout her education, Amy chose to begin her career in recruitment with us in 2021. Day to day, she supports the team by updating them with new information, producing adverts and helping them provide the best quality of service to clients possible.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys weekends away visiting new locations with her family and two dogs.
After studying Maths, Economics and Psychology at A-Level, Megan joined the Austin Rose team in 2019 as a Candidate Attraction Consultant.
Megan is a central member of the team helping each consultant provide both clients and candidates with the highest quality service. She does this by assisting with adverts, continually updating the team with the newest market information and generally adding to the office banter.
In her spare time, she is an avid football fan and enjoys spending with friends and family.
Following a move to the area and having worked in Recruitment for many years across various sectors, Lesley joined as our Candidate Consultant in 2020. Lesley’s role includes building and managing relationships with candidates to guide them through the recruiting process, thereby enhancing and improving the overall candidate experience and, in turn, bolstering the Austin Rose brand.
Outside of work Lesley enjoys spending time with friends and travelling.
Upon completing A-levels in Geography, Psychology and Drama at sixth form, Aimee joined the Austin Rose team in October 2023 within the Research Department. Aimee is responsible for sourcing high quality candidates for a wide range of clients within Audit, Accounts and Tax.
In her free time, Aimee enjoys competing both nationally and internationally in Allstar Cheerleading, along with spending evenings after work in the gym with friends.
Starting out as a Researcher at Austin Rose, Kat rapidly moved into a Consultant position within accounts, audit and outsourcing. As the company grows and changes, Kat now works with the director to design and implement projects and processes within marketing and operations.
With a love for country music, swing dancing, baking and her volunteer work, Kat's time away from Austin Rose is always very busy!
As the Office Manager, Noelle takes responsibility for the day-to-day running of our operations. Overseeing elements such as quality procedures, accounting, and data integrity, Noelle keeps the team in check and makes sure the business runs smoothly.
At home, Noelle is often found devoting her time to DIY projects and is currently renovating an old fireplace.

She does this by assisting with adverts, continually updating the team with the newest market information and prides herself with her attention to detail and people skills.
In her spare time, Daisy enjoys lots of socialising with friends and family, getting outdoors and playing the piano.
Since my early days of being a puppy I have been a regular part of the Austin Rose team. Given the fact I am scared of everything, including all members of the team, I spend most of my days hiding under the boss’ desk.
Since ruining the office carpet on my first day of work I have become very well behaved and now hold the position of Head of Barketing – a responsibility that I take seriously, particularly when we receive a delivery to the office.
Having joined Austin Rose at its inception, Julia has been a vital part of the growth and success of the firm. Working closely with many of our candidates to determine their career aspirations and how their next move can help them to achieve these, Julia has an exceptional knowledge of the practice market in London and the Home Counties.
