This Friday marked the first time since before lockdown when Austin Rose managed to bring the whole team together in the same room. With a number of the team spread across the UK, working remotely, as well as others who are part-time it is always a challenge to bring the team together.
We’ve had such a great year that it was great to have a chance to celebrate some exceptional achievements as well as to present Karen Hedger with a gift as recognition of being the first ever person at Austin Rose to reach a decade with the business.
There has been significant growth within the team over the past couple of years and so, in some cases, the team were meeting for the first time in person. The only problem with the team growing so much is that it is proving more difficult to fit us all into the same photograph!
Lots of team events planned for the coming months and so it won’t be long until we’re all back together again.
