Responsibilities

Lead the execution of a diverse range of debt and capital advisory projects, ensuring seamless delivery from initial pitch to final drawdown.

Act as the primary point of contact for private equity sponsors, corporate management teams, and senior lenders throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Direct the preparation of high-quality project materials, including information memorandums, management presentations, and credit papers.

Oversee complex financial modelling, scenario analysis, and the evaluation of competing debt terms and covenant structures.

Drive deal origination by identifying new market opportunities, preparing sophisticated proposals, and leveraging your professional network.

As an Associate Director you will:
