Responsibilities

Manage a diverse portfolio of restructuring casework, providing commercial and innovative solutions to stakeholders.

Lead key workstreams on large-scale projects, including Independent Business Reviews (IBRs) and short-term cash flow reviews.

Execute formal insolvency appointments and support expert witness roles where required.

Oversee accelerated sales processes, options analysis, and contingency planning for creditors and companies.

Actively manage departmental risk, budgets, and billing to ensure profitable and compliant service delivery.

Drive business development activity by identifying new opportunities and presenting pitches for new assignments.
As a Restructuring Associate Director you will:

Proactively develop and maintain a growing external network within the restructuring market.
