Operating across 150 global markets, the firm provides a full suite of audit, tax, and advisory services. The London-based Restructuring team is highly regarded for its pragmatic approach, handling some of the UK’s most significant and high-profile assignments across sectors including Real Estate, Healthcare, and Industrials.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of restructuring casework, providing commercial and innovative solutions to stakeholders.

  • Lead key workstreams on large-scale projects, including Independent Business Reviews (IBRs) and short-term cash flow reviews.

  • Execute formal insolvency appointments and support expert witness roles where required.

  • Oversee accelerated sales processes, options analysis, and contingency planning for creditors and companies.

  • Actively manage departmental risk, budgets, and billing to ensure profitable and compliant service delivery.

  • Drive business development activity by identifying new opportunities and presenting pitches for new assignments.

As a Restructuring Associate Director you will:

  • Coach and mentor junior team members, providing clear feedback to foster a high-performance culture.

  • Proactively develop and maintain a growing external network within the restructuring market.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, removing obstacles and solving complex problems under accelerated timelines.

  • Apply technical expertise (ACA/ACCA) to ensure all deliverables meet the highest professional standards.

  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the national restructuring practice.
