Responsibilities

Take a key lead role in executing the firm's growth plan for FP&A client advisory, coordinating national rollout and service proposition delivery.

Drive proactive business development, identifying, pitching, and converting new commercial opportunities across scale-up and mid-market sectors.

Oversee commercial management of a client portfolio, including engagement pricing, billing, recovery rates, and profitability optimization.

Lead high-quality FP&A client engagements, managing client expectations and delivering tailored financial insight, budgeting, and modeling solutions.

Ensure full compliance with firm risk management requirements, quality controls, and established professional operational procedures.
As an FP&A Associate Director you will:

Lead, mentor, and support the professional growth of an FP&A team, aligning local performance with the firm's overarching national agenda.

Utilise modern FP&A software platforms alongside advanced Excel and PowerBI capabilities to deliver market-leading financial intelligence.

Build and nurture strategic relationships with key senior stakeholders, dynamic business founders, and corporate decision-makers.

Collaborate seamlessly across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex client projects and integrated advisory solutions.

Champion service excellence, ensuring team outputs consistently meet strict service level agreements and internal quality benchmarks.
