Responsibilities

Lead and manage key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and proactive advisory across all engagements.

Oversee the execution of complex mandates, including mid-market M&A, fundraising, capital advisory, and strategic transactions.

Drive the expansion of the Financial Services Corporate Finance offering by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Act as a senior technical leader, ensuring all work adheres to Conduct Risk frameworks and high professional standards.

Promote the firm’s reputation in the market through active networking and contribution to commercial strategy.
As a Corporate Finance Director you will:
