Our client is a practice firm with a strong corporate finance team who are sector agnostic, both buy and sells side, who have enjoyed strong deal flow.

Corporate Finance Manager responsibilities include:

• Deal origination, spanning buy and sell side for UK and international businesses across all sectors.
• Make a direct contribution within a Partner-led team, gaining exposure to a range of clients, transaction structures and business development activities in a dynamic and supportive environment.
• Valuations & Modelling

As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will:

• Have relevant transaction experience and a sound technical background.
• Be ACA or equivalent.
• Possess strong interpersonal and project-management skills and demonstrate flexibility and initiative in delivering positive outcomes for clients.
